Alberta Swimmers Named to FISU, World Juniors & PARA Camp Teams

 

Edmonton, (April 12, 2017)-The province of Alberta will be well represented when Team Canada hits the stage at the FINA World Championships, FINA World Junior Championships, and the FISU Games after strong performances at the 2017 Team Canada trials in Victoria, BC this past weekend.

Three swimmers were named to Team Canada’s FINA World Championship team on Sunday night, and will be heading to Budapest, Hungary July 14-30th.

In addition to the announcement of the senior national team for the FINA World Championships Sunday, Swimming Canada also announced national teams for two other important development meets; FISU Games 2017 in Taipei August 13-30, and FINA World Junior Swimming Championships in Indianapolis August 23-28.
