This past weekend (March 14-17, 2019) Alberta’s top swimmers and clubs raced at the Kinsmen Sports Centre in Edmonton.  The racing throughout the weekend included 14 provincial records by six different individuals and two relay teams in addition to a number of new provincial champions and a great race for the top team awards throughout the weekend.  Congratulations to all participating clubs and athletes.

13 & Under Boys – Torren Vandersteen; Triton Swimming

13-14 Girls – Naomi Slee;  Fort McMurray Swim Club

14-15 Boys – Joshua Baldwin; Edmonton Keyano Swim Club

FINA High Point Awards

Female – Rachel  Nicol; University of Calgary – 825 FINA Points (100 Breaststroke)

Male – Finlay Knox; Okotoks Mavericks Swimming – 805 FINA Points (200 IM)

Small Team – Triton Swimming

Medium Team – Red Deer Catalina Swim Club

Large Team – University of Calgary Swim Club
