Roll Out Timelines and Guides
The REMS (SportLo Mo) is being rolled out in phases. Before releasing each phase out to the province, we have three clubs that are testing the features to ensure they work as intended. Please be patient as we roll out various features each week. Not sure what has been launched and ready for your club to use? Click on your position below to see if it has launched. Not sure how each feature works, guides are being added as features are released.
Club Affiliation has rolled out - If you have not yet affiliated please reach out to us for support in completing this step.
All registrars should now have access to the system however we are still rolling out some features.
All swimmers active in the water must be registered by May 15th. No ones can swim after May 15th until they are registered.

Meet Managers will roll out after Registrar and Coaches. At this time we ask for patience as we test the Meet Manager features to ensure they are working as intended before a full roll out. If you are a Meet Manager hosting a meet in May, ASSA will be in contact with you to support the sanctioning of your meet.

Ideal for all other questions that the self-serve option cannot resolve, and are not technical in nature. Send us an email with your inquiry.
