Swim Alberta looks forward to continuing to work with all of the clubs in the province.
The following information is required to affiliate with Swim Alberta:
- Current Club By-Laws - Stamped by Corporate Registries
- Financial Statements - Audited and/or Signed as presented to your membership
- Copy of Proof of Filing with Societies
- Annual General Meeting Minutes

Team Manager Waiver Form

To be used if your club requires team managers to have access to the registration system. Meet managers need to contact the club registrar for access.
Board of Directors Change Form
Swim Alberta provides Directors and Officers Liability Insurance to those persons named on the current seasons affiliation submission. It is the Clubs responsibility to inform Swim Alberta of all changes to ensure our information is accurate. If your Board has had any changes following the annual affiliation process, submit this form to update our records.
Minor Coach Form
Submit this online form for all coaches under the age of 18 years, in lieu of a police/VSS check.
Unattached Masters Online Registration Form
An unattached master swimmer is 18+ years of age, residing in a community without access to a swimming programme or in a community where programmes are oversubscribed. An unattached masters swimmer does not receive coaching or instruction in a consistent group setting or on an ongoing basis.
