Swim Alberta Funding Philosophy All funding programs will be limited to athletes living in Alberta, training in Alberta and representing an Alberta program on a year-round basis. Funding for 2025-2026 Program Criteria: Performance Athlete Support – International Track Olympic Financial support for the top Olympic Stream athletes in Alberta. Performance Athlete Support – International Track Olympic Performance Athlete Support – International Track Paralympic Financial support for the top Paralympic Stream athletes in Alberta. Performance Athlete Support – International Track Paralympic Performance Development Athlete Support – On-Track Financial support for targeted performance development athletes. Performance Development Athlete Support – On Track National Junior Team Support Supporting athletes who qualify for the National Junior team. National Junior Team Support Additional Swimmer Investment Swim Alberta Watch List swimmers may receive additional support for targeted experiences.
