I Can Swim Program The I Can Swim (ICS) program is designed for clubs looking to introduce or enhance their pre-competitive programs. ICS helps bridge the gap between learn-to-swim and competitive swimming, giving young swimmers the competitive swimming skills and confidence to progress while supporting clubs in growing and sustaining their membership. Teacher Training Teacher Training is the cornerstone of the I Can Swim (ICS) program, equipping new instructors with the knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality swimming instruction. Through 12 hours of learning, participants gain an understanding of core aquatic skills, effective teaching methods, lesson planning, and safe sport practices. Designed for both new and experienced coaches, this course strengthens knowledge and supports progression within the coaching pathway – enhancing the delivery of technical instruction.
