Training Format Provides the opportunity for delegates to share experiences and exchange ideas with fellow teachers and coaches. The learning experience is enhanced with a 1-hour online Zoom session that includes videos and interactive activities. Course Descriptions Intro to Teaching Series This series explores each of the four strokes — Front Crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly — with a focus on building strong technique and effective teaching practices. Using the BLABT framework, focusing on developing sound technique and progressive teaching practices. Participants will explore the stroke cycle, key teaching points, and effective methods for building skills step by step. Course Content Includes: Stroke cycle Progressive teaching practices Teaching points Fixing Common Habits Series This series introduces each of the four strokes — Front Crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly — with a focus on teaching them from the ground up. Coaches will learn how to build strokes step by step, identify common errors swimmers make, and apply effective corrective strategies. By emphasizing clear teaching progressions, observation points, and practical correction methods, the series equips coaches to develop swimmers with efficient, confident, and technically sound strokes.
