ASSA- AGM

Please find attached the Notice of Alberta Summer Swimming’s Annual General Meeting, which will take place virtually on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.

All clubs must be affiliated with ASSA and Swim Alberta to participate in the AGM. If you have any questions, please email info@assa.ca.

Registration

Delegates to the Annual General Meeting must be pre-registered by completing registration using the link: REGISTER HERE no later than midnight on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

Important: The email you register with will be used to gain access to the voting platform for all motions during the meeting. Changes to designated emails for delegates cannot be made after the October 15th registration deadline. Details to access the meeting will be provided to all delegates who register.
