Referee Mentorship Support Submission Swim Alberta understands the importance of Mentorship to develop quality Referees and Officials and is providing financial support to offset any costs incurred by designated Mentors while they are supporting their Mentees. Swim Alberta will reimburse designated Mentors who are providing Mentorship through the Swim Alberta Mentorship Program. Eligibility Mentors and Mentees must have a current ‘active’ official’s account on the Swimming Canada database. Officials travel must be a minimum of 50km to the competition.
