The biggest event for Swimming in Alberta is BACK!! The Swim Alberta Provincial Championships will be held in Edmonton at Kinsmen Sports Centre from March 17th-20th. Preliminaries will begin at 8:30am Friday to Sunday. Finals beginning at 4:30pm Thursday to Sunday.
Over 430 swimmers including 5 para athletes, 14 out of province swimmers from 3 teams and 30 clubs this is an event that can’t be missed.
This meet will be sanctioned by Swim Alberta and hosted by Olympian Swim Club and Kinsmen Sports Centre. Youth Recognition Awards are sponsored by Esquire.
A few key events will be taking place during Provincial Championships:
- Please join us in our Celebration of Athletes from the 2020-2021 season on Saturday March 19th prior to the start of finals Saturday.
- The High Level Bridge will be lit up March 19th Blue & Red (Swim Alberta Colours) to celebrate our athletes.
- Youth Recognition will take place on Sunday March 20th prior to the start of finals.
